The 455-meter-long system on the height of 201 m over sea-level runs from the cable car station on Bai Truoc (Front beach) on Tran Phu Street to the Big Mountain. The telpher can carry 2,000 passengers for one hour.

There is a restaurant covering on an area of 2,100 square meters with a capacity of more than 1,000 people beside the station.

The project also includes a Cloud Lake and Cloud Hill Park on the Big Mountain.

Cloud Lake is a reservoir providing water to Cloud Hill Park. The lake on an area of over one hectare is 5 meters deep. A dam in the heart of the lake regarded as an original architectural construction is located in a position suitable to Asian geomancy to keep the year-round humidity and coolness.

Cloud Hill Park which is considered as a typical ecological tourist area of the tropical zone provides a purified environment with thick foliage. Trees, flower gardens and grass plots on walking ways meandered around the amusement area make the air more pleasant.
