The Swiss man, who had earlier worked for five-star hotels in his country, says his new mission here is to serve the upcoming F&B projects at Mövenpick Saigon, which is managed by Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, an international hotel group with roots in his country.

“Guests and regulars will enjoy a new set of fresh F&B venues, concepts and experiences. It’s exciting to be a part of the shaping of that,” he says.

Faessler, 30, has moved to Vietnam from Thailand, where he spent five years working in food and beverage and related fields.

The five-star Mövenpick is located in Phu Nhuan District, within 10 minutes by car from Tan Son Nhat International Airport.
