Con Dao island in Ba Ria-Vung Tau province

MH Golden Sand Company of the US has submitted the plans for a six-star resort on the island chain of Con Dao to the People’s Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province.

The Chicago-based developer plans to build more than 150 villas, a 100-room hotel and a 600-seat convention hall in the Co Ong, Dam Trau and Suoi Ot areas of Con Dao.

There will also be shops, restaurants, spas, tennis courts, a mini golf course, kindergarten and library on the 100-hectare site when the project is completed.

MH Golden Sand is confident of getting early permission to proceed with the ambitious undertaking.
