| Typhoon Roughs Up East Sea | |
Responsible agencies must take measures to prevent landslides, flash flooding as northern and north central provinces have suffered torrential rains, meteorologists at the National Center for Hydrometeorology Forecast said.
However, the typhoon later weakened. Due to influence of typhoon Hagupit, the East Sea will experience rough sea with winds gusting to category 9-12 levels.
