| Vietnamese Students to Take Part in Climate Change Conference | |
Viet Nam will send two student representatives to participate in the Climate Change Conference (COP13) organized by the United Nations in Bali, Indonesia from December 08 to December 12, 2007.

The two students, Nguyen Phuong Nga and Do Nguyen Anh Thu, are among six young leaders, selected from 32 aspiring delegates from 14 countries and territories, including Japan, Australia, China, India, Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, Philippines, New Zealand, Malaysia, Indonesia and the U.K, who have took part in the Asian Young Leaders Climate Forum (AYLCF) over December 3-7 in Bogor, Indonesia.
Nguyen Phuong Nga of Ha Noi is a PhD student at Pennsylvania State University in the USA, studying the economics of water pollution and other market-based environmental strategies.
Do Nguyen Anh Thu of Ho Chi Minh City works for the WWF-funded ‘Roads and Floods’ project in the Mekong Delta floodplain.
