Several milk makers cheating on protein content: ministry

Tests carried out by the Standard and Consumers Association have shown that 20 percent of the milk sold in the market has lower protein content than indicated, the Ministry of Industry and Trade’s Competition Administration Department said January 21.

The department had taken 20 samples to test for safety and nutrition standards.
