The Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee has decided to form a special group with 18 members to assist the Housing and Real Estate Management Board.
The group, led by a deputy director of the Construction Department, is tasked with studying the policies involving housing, developing and controlling the real estate market in order to improve implementation of the Housing Law and the Real Estate Law in the city.
It is also responsible for consulting and proposing policies and measures to make the market develop well, and for inspecting and monitoring implementation of the laws.
