Le Xuan Hang, a secondary school English teacher from Ben Tre Province’s Giong Trom District, has won a scholarship to attend a teaching skills development course conducted by the Bell International Institute in Cambridge in July 2010.

The competition attracted over 2,000 teachers from many countries who were asked to write “150 words about benefits that teachers and students receive after you attend a course to enhance professional knowledge at Cambridge”.
