Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Company (Thibidi) has signed a deal to export 200 transformers of various capacities to the Electricity Corporation of Cambodia this year.

Thibidi holds 39 percent of the Vietnamese market for traditional, oil-filler transformers and has exported them to neighboring countries like Cambodia and Laos for the last 30 years.

Last year it reported revenues of more than $48 million, including $3 million from exports.
